Elizabeth conversed with the vets at Sage, sometimes connecting me to the vets in a conference call, she took down excellent, concise notes and passed on the information about Beimer's diagnosis via text. Elizabeth kept me well informed every step of the way so I could make informed decisions about Beimer's care.
